Remote Desktop Support

Per Hour (One-Hour Minimum)- Remote Support for your Desktop PC via our remote access software.
- Billed in 15-Minute increments after initial hour.
- Session begins once we have remote access to your PC.
- If it is determined we are unable to resolve the issue remotely within the initial 15 minutes, you will not be charged for the support session.
- Service needed outside of business hours billed at $99 per hour
On-Site IT Support

Per Hour (One-Hour Minimum)- On-Site Support for your Desktop, WiFi, Routers, Printers, but not Servers.
- Billed in 15-Minute increments after initial hour.
- Does not include any parts that may be required for repair.
- Minimum of one hour charged per visit unless using our pick-up/drop-off service.
- Service needed outside of business hours billed at $149 per hour
Server Support

Per Hour (One-Hour Minimum)- On-Site or Remote Support for your Windows or Linux based server.
- Billed in 15-Minute increments after initial hour.
